About

Hello — I’m the photographer

Placeholder biography. This is where the photographer’s own story goes — how she started, what she is drawn to, and what a day with her actually feels like.

The most useful thing a photographer can tell you is how they work. I work quietly. I am not going to stop your ceremony to re-do an entrance, and I am not going to spend your cocktail hour arranging forty people who would rather be talking to each other.

What I will do is watch all day, and hand you back the hours in a form you can actually hold.

How your photographs are looked after

Your day is backed up before I sleep

Two cameras, two cards

Every frame is written to two cards inside the camera as it is shot. A card failing during your ceremony costs nothing.

Verified before a card is cleared

Every file is copied to two drives and then re-read off those drives and checksummed. A card is only ever formatted once the copies have been proven byte for byte.

Kept, not just delivered

Your originals stay archived after the gallery closes. If a laptop dies in five years, the photographs are still here.

Let’s talk

I would love to hear what you are planning.
